Please join us at Voodoo Brewery in Homestead, for the Pittsburgh Young Faces of ALS Corntoss Challenge and Food Truck Rallyon Saturday, June 16!The Pittsburgh Corntoss Challenege will directly support ALS research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI). Currently, the Institute has a potential effective treatment for ALS called AT-1501, but needs financial support to enter FDA trials while continuing their other research. Additionally, ALS TDI runs the Precision Medicine Program, which collects patient data for use in research and allows those patients access to their own data. Practice your skills, enjoy the music and try out a few of Voodoo's brews. • 1:00pm: The Corntoss Challenge starts! We anticipate a winner to be crowned around 4/4:30. Awards are divied for 1st and 2nd place as well as to the challenger that raised the most money for ALS research.Voodoo's kitchen and bar will be open all day! Food Trucks are scheduled to by set up by 3:00 or earlier. We are happy to annouce the Food Trucks are going to be Frantuary, Las Chicas, Southside BBQ and Sugar and Spice Ice Cream Truck! Registration is $40 per team: includes tournament entry for team of 2 people and one t-shirt per player. An online fundraising page will be created for you automatically after you register. There will be plenty of cold Voodoo brew after the Corntoss Challenge is over so don't leave so soon. Hang out and eat some dessert too!
