Diagnosed in 2014 at the age of 26, this was not the first time ALS touched Anthony's life. From seeing his grandmother's battle as a teen, to becoming one of his mother's caregivers as a young adult, Anthony grew up in the shadow of this terrible disease.

Inspired by the Ice Bucket Challenge, Anthony shared his fears and his heart with the world and became one of the catalysts for one of the most prolific fundraising campaigns in the history of ALS.

Dedicating himself to advocacy, Anthony has become a voice of a generation battling ALS. With multiple appearances on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, to launching his advocacy and fundraising websites KissMyAls.org and ALSBucks.org, Anthony's impassioned support of ALS TDI has helped drive the rapid expansion of the precision medicine program and the launch of a promising new clinical trial.
