4th generation Stevensville, MT Engaged to Sarah Lidstrom. We met in college at Montana State University. I was studying Finance and Sarah was studying nursing. After school I was hired to work in the insurance industry in the spring of 2012. I was diagnosed with ALS that summer, August 7th 2012. I remained employed for another year until my struggle with walking and detiorating speech forced me into an early retirement at age 24.

I envision a long happy life with my fiancé. I want to start a family. I want to be a difference maker in my community. Really, I just want a simple life enjoying my loved ones. ALS is threatening that, and that is why accelerating research is so important to me.
