Tell your personal story of how you've been affected by ALS. Why is ALS research a cause you fight for? How long have you been dedicated to ending ALS?
Why Do You Support ALS Research at ALS TDI?
Why Do You Support ALS Research at ALS TDI?
Why do you fundraise for ALS research? ALS TDI is the world's most comprehensive drug discovery lab focused solely on ALS. It's the first nonprofit biotech in any disease to develop a potential treatment, AT-1501, and bring it from its lab, through FDA review and into clinical trial.
Tell People How They Can Help
Tell People How They Can Help
Whether your goal is to spread awareness or fundraise, be sure to tell your audience exactly how they can help. Include a clear call to action as well as links to YFALS and ALS TDI social media pages.
What is ALS?
What is ALS?
If your network is unfamiliar with the disease and how young people can be affected, share some facts to illustrate the need for treatments and cures as soon as possible. For example, most people live about 3-5 years after they experience their first signs of disease. There are currently no effective treatments nor cures for ALS.
Setting a Fundraising Goal?
Setting a Fundraising Goal?
If you are looking to fundraise along with sharing your story, it is helpful to set a goal for yourself and your network to keep in mind while fundraising. Having a specific number to work towards will build momentum.
